We love fun spiels, and this one will be our biggest one yet! Celebrate national Curling Day in Canada with us.

Funspiels are the best spiels! This is a curling tournament, but with a few twists. The game is a short 4-end game (lasts about 1 hour), music on the ice, and marking score is optional. You are just out there to have a good time, socialize and have some laughs!

     ** Adults receive a ticket to festival cabaret (19+ event, held at the Northern Lights Palace that evening following funspiel).

     ** Youth will receive a complimentary gift

Equipment Provided & All skills welcome

Clean shoes must be worn on the ice. Wear stretchy pants! The curling club has sliders and brooms available to borrow.

Beginners are highly encouraged to participate in a funspiel. It is a great introduction to the sport! 

​

If you have never curled before, or it's been a long time, there are a variety of Try Curling! sessions and clinics being held earlier in the festival day. You are encouraged to register for one of these. Learn more HERE.
